I've never been to ATL, but DF was real serious for me growing up. I wanted to come to this show but the funds weren't right. I'm just glad that they are back. Hopefully the Fam will start puttin out that funk, sooner than later.

Fantastic piece, Maurice. There's not nearly enough critical writing about the Goodie Mob, especially compared to the attention 'Kast have consistently received (not unwarranted, granted.)
Goodie Mob were a bit before my time, but Soul Food made me a believer in the Dirty South.
