UNN Report: Will Hip Hop Kill Obama's Campaign

www.THEREZIDUE.com (thats me) and the Urban News Network (UNN) are partnering up to hit the streets and do some reporting on some things that matter. In a nutshell, we're going to be pooling our resources to speak on some things that aren't always entertainment industry related that are relevant to the Urban (that means everybody in Urban areas, not just Black folk, Urban is not a race) community.

This video is our first collab. In it we're asking people if they think that Hip Hop's staunch support of Barack Obama is a good or bad look for him. Let us know what you think in the comments...about the subject and the video itself.

Oh yeah, there is a Bun B appearance at the end. To go along with it, here's a pic of Bun at the DNC. He's out there helping getting people registered to vote.

Hip Hop (as a whole) is already ridin' for Obama and I don't think that that's a bad thing. I was disappointed though when the campaign kinda 'disowned' Luda (if you will). They shouldn't have even responded to that. Luda just stated his thoughts that echo what many of us think any way. What's the problem?

They have bigger fish to fry...and Luda lyrics isn't one of them.

power moves MGG,

I also dig the fact that you can find someone with wild ass hair to make a credible comment.

That is a feat no network has been able to accomplish in my lifetime.

Keep it up [ll].

HipHop can do Obama no wrong at this point. Honestly anybody that supports the campaign will be targeted. Hillary backed Barack, but she "never said he had experience" McCain's people have nothing to pull from if all they can muster is Luda's lyrics!! Honestly, knowing this it would have been best that Luda refrain from such offensive gestures, but hey, this is HipHop right? aren't we supposed to be rebellious? Trust me Barack understands this, hell he gave Michelle and pound and slapped her on the ass in front of millions. Didn't he dust his shoulders off also? He knows what he's doing. I take those little gestures to mean something it's code for I got ya'll hiphop!!

Does Hip Hop Even play a significant role in politics for the 21st century?
